Hello there.

I’m Geraldine, a Queer, multiracial Indigenous mother, writer, and intuitive fiber artist. I’m also a Tarot reader and budding herbalist who deeply identifies with the archetypes of the Hermit and the Hedgewitch. I live with my partner and our son on Lingít Aaní, on the traditional and unceded lands of the Áak’w Kwáan (presently called Juneau, Alaska).

My ancestral lineage is Lingít, Yéil L’eeneidí (Raven Dogsalmon), from Xootsnoowú Kwáan (Angoon, Alaska); West African; and European.

My work as a writer and intuitive fiber artist is guided by ancestral wisdom and deeply attuned to the cycles of life, death, and rebirth. I walk in deep reverence with the Earth and the Spirit realm, as I communicate with the guides and energies that are here to support us. I stitch these mysteries into essays and sacred objects crafted from fiber, bone, and herbs, and offer them to you here, in my internet home. You can read more about my doll-making journey here.

Raven & Moss is more than a website — it’s a portal - an invitation and an offering from my heart to yours. Perhaps, like me, you are on a pilgrimage back to your true self, gathering pieces of your spirit that you lost along the way.

May what you find here be of service to you on your journey.
